Operating the Attraction through and navigating the boats along the river, ensuring a smooth and safe journey for guests. Deliver engaging and humorous commentary, sharing the backstory of the Jungle Navigation Company and its expeditions. Interacting with guests, enhancing their experience through storytelling and humor. Ensure the safety of all guests during the ride and perform routine checks to maintain the attraction's operational standards.

Played a pivotal role in delivering the "Ever After" training program, which is part of the comprehensive onboarding process for new Cast Members. This program is designed to immerse new hires in Disney's culture, values, and operational standards, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide exceptional guest experiences. Was new cast members first introduction to Tomorrowland attractions and set them up for success in their training and career. Insured they were familiar with area, key elements and frequently asked questions from guests. Important online learning was done, and Disney look was adhered to in their costumes.

Ensuring guests have an enjoyable, safe, and immersive experience at the various attractions throughout the parks. Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome. Provide information about the attraction, wait times, and other park offerings. Address guest questions and concerns with a friendly, positive attitude. Ensure the smooth operation of the attraction, whether it’s a ride, show, or interactive experience. Monitor ride vehicles, ride systems, and ensure that guests safely board and disembark. Operate attraction-specific equipment and follow safety protocols to maintain operational integrity. Maintain a safe environment for all guests, following safety procedures and regulations. Regularly check ride equipment and ensure that the attraction is functioning properly. Respond to any safety-related issues or emergencies promptly, following Disney's procedures. Manage and assist with guest flow in attraction lines to maintain a smooth, efficient process. Help maintain orderly lines and ensure that guests are following safety guidelines while waiting. Provide entertainment and interact with guests during the attraction experience, creating a fun and immersive environment. Follow scripted lines, deliver information, and sometimes take on a character or role to enhance the experience. Help maintain cleanliness in and around the attraction area, including queues, ride vehicles, and the surrounding space. Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as keeping the area clean and ensuring it is visually appealing for guests.

Collaborate with visionary team and creative director on projects related to mental health
in the workplace. Lead the development and delivery of 2D animated video presentations aimed at raising
awareness about mental wellness. Act as a team lead to animation interns. Instruct and assist them as needed. Bring creative thinking and a positive attitude to work every day.

Created character designs and illustrations for Clouded Mentalities "Teebee Adventures" Bedtime Stories. Creating storyboards, concept art, and assets for the animated versions of Teebee's Adventure's Youtube series. Assisted the lead animator.

Helped in delivering an immersive 4D experience that narrates the university's history and mission. This experience, known as SCADstory, showcases the institution's journey through various disciplines, including animation and themed entertainment design. Led guests through the SCADstory experience, providing insightful commentary on SCAD's history, mission, and the creative disciplines it encompasses. Utilized storytelling techniques to enhance the immersive experience, ensuring guests gain a comprehensive understanding of SCAD's impact on art and design education. Addressed questions and facilitated discussions, fostered an engaging environment that encouraged exploration and learning. Assisted in the daily operations of the SCADstory experience, including managing guest flow, ensuring the functionality of exhibits, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
